Enrollment Application and Fee Information – 2010

Class size is limited.  Send in your application before June 6 to ensure your place for either, or both sessions.  (Late applications will be considered with a $25 charge.)  The starting age is eight years old.  T-shirt fee is included for each registered student.

Registration closes June 1^st at which time a $100 deposit is required.  The session(s) balance is due before or on the first day classes begin.
